Houston Challengers enter partnership with CyFair Texans Basketball
I am glad to announce that the Houston Challengers have signed an agreement with the CyFair Texans Basketball organization for the 2009 season. We started discussions at the end of last season and finalized the agreement last Friday. I have known and worked with Cedrick LaFleur (ownner/direction of CTB) for many years and I am excited about what this partnership will bring to the Houston Challengers and its potential benefits in the future. The list of CyFair Texans Basketball sponsored teams continues to grows. It includes elite teams from the Houston area, San Antonio, and Louisiana.

How does this partnership benefit the Houston Challengers?
* More visibility and exposure at local and national level for players and club (Houston Prep Report, All Stars Girls Report, etc.)
* Tournament discounts (to major NCAA certified events as some local events)
* Discount registration fee for CBT's CAMP KNOW elite basketball camp
* New uniform and Fila shoes at discounts (more details later)

This partnership agreement does not change our team name or team operations.
The Houston Challengers remains a privately owned and independently run girls basketball organization.
